The Kentucky Sheep and Goat Development Office, 501 ( c) 5 non-profit, is an organization dedicated to enhancing the Commonwealth’s small ruminant industry through education, promotion and marketing. Since we began in 2007, we have helped thousands of producers start and grow their operations, and have educated thousands of consumers on the benefits of sheep and goat products. Through our efforts, we are able to create sustainable marketing avenues between producers and consumers that provides lifetime value at the farm gate. The success of our organization and our outreach is dependent on the financial and product support of corporations and private sponsors.
